Information R360 uses

R360 may process account details, assessment answers, training activity, nutrition targets, check-ins, progress entries, membership/payment status and information you voluntarily submit to support.

Health and wearable information

R360 requests explicit permission before reading supported device health information. The current native sync uses approved sleep and step data from Apple Health or Health Connect. Additional recovery signals may be added only when the connected platform supports them and the member grants the relevant permission. You may decline or revoke device permissions, disconnect R360, and continue using manual readiness and progress entry.

How information is used

Information is used to operate your account, provide and personalize general fitness/wellness coaching, measure progress, process memberships, provide support, maintain security and improve the service. R360 does not present wearable data as a medical diagnosis.

Commerce and recommendations

Optional partner or affiliate recommendations may be shown when relevant. Affiliate relationships are disclosed and a supplement is never presented as medically necessary.

Payments

Payment checkout is handled by the configured payment processor. R360 records transaction and membership status needed to provide purchased services; it does not need to store your full payment-card number.

Your choices

You can choose what information you submit, avoid optional wearable connections, revoke device permissions through the applicable device platform, and contact R360 about account or privacy questions.
